 3-storey office building will be located in the south part of Warsaw within the Warsaw Green District Ursynów, near the national road no. 79 – Puławska Str. Investment project assumes construction of multifunction building with offices located on 2nd and 3rd floor, and trade and services area located on 1st floor. Investor will carry out the underground car park for tenants, while their customers will be able to use outside parking space. Each storey will have open space, in order to be flexible to the tenants’ demands. On the ground floor, there is a possibility to create business premises, accessible directly from the outside. Among 64 parking spots in the underground garage, there are 28 common parking spots and 36 multilevel parking spots. Plot, on which the investment is conducted, counts over 2.000 square metres. The total marketable space of the building amounts to 3.000 square meters.

Casa Feliz (stage I)

 Investment project is conducted by Special Purpose Vehicle – Casa Feliz A Sp.z o.o. (Limited Liability Company) in one of the Cracow’s district – Żabiniec. Project, in its initial, first stage (A) involves the construction of over 7.000 square metres of living space, located on six storeys, in two separate buildings. In the first stage Investors’ offer consists of 160 flats. Whole architectural concept is based on a grid of squares, and aim to create an urban interiors, expose to the southern sun lights. What is more, almost half of terrain surface is biological active (green areas), to create a friendly surrounding to the residential flats. Along with the progress of construction of the building, the engineering infrastructure and roads will be gradually extended. The architectural project was made by Cracow architectural office Wizja Sp.z o.o., managed by arch Stanisław Deńko.

 Term „Rua Bonita” comes from Spanish and means – Pretty Street (Śliczna Str.). It distinguish itself with special localization. New modern and comfortable apartments arise just 3 km far from Main Market Square, in the peaceful, green areas. Grojeckie Logistic Centre

Grojeckie Logistic Centre arose on the Warsaw suburbs, in Słomczyn, near the junction of two transit roads – expressway S7 and National Road No. 50. GLC is a multifunction building consisting of storages, Customs Agencies and Custom Office, hotel, pub and restaurant. Entire building has over 5.000 square metres of commercial space and is located on the land plot area of seven hectare. In the surrounding of the building, parking space for 250 trucks is being built. For parking plots’ users, Investor will carry out full-truck-service garage and car wash. Grójeckie Logistic Centre is one of the few places, where the ESPORG (European Secure Parking Organization) guidelines will be implemented. Implementation of it, is necessary to ensure safety of drivers and shipping goods. Construction project was made by TechnoArch Sp.z o.o.

Dom Expo

Dom Expo

2012

Dom Expo is located in newly renovated, over 100-year-old historic building erected as cement factory “Silesia”. Ancient “Silesia” and current Dom Expo, is located in well recognised spot of industrial district Zakrzów in Opole. Due to the fact that Silesia after Second World War was converted into granary (grain storage), the form of the building developed untypical and maintaines unique architectonical features. These characteristics were used in the process of adaptation this building into an Exhibition& Event Centre. Quick and easy access, both from the city centre (about 10 minutes) and from the other districts to the Dom Expo, is possible owing to the nearby national road No.45. The road connects with the highway A4. Total space of the building amounts to 28.000 square meters.
